Every application presents different wear conditions. Our engineers evaluate abrasion, particle erosion, mechanical loading, operating temperature, and dimensional requirements to recommend an appropriate carbide grade and component design.
We use 100% virgin tungsten carbide raw materials with no recycled carbide content. In-house control of powder preparation, ball milling, pressing, sintering, precision grinding, EDM machining, and final inspection supports consistent microstructure, dimensional accuracy, and repeatable quality.
With more than 30 years of manufacturing experience and ISO 9001- and ISO 14001-certified production, we support OEMs and equipment manufacturers with responsive engineering assistance and custom carbide components for demanding applications.
